By booking a tour through our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Transportation

  • Transportation services provided by our company are available only for tours to Kandy unless otherwise stated.
  • Customers are required to arrive at the designated pickup location on time. Delays caused by late arrivals may affect the tour schedule.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Tour cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of booking.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking are eligible for a full refund (100%).
  • Cancellations made after 24 hours of booking are eligible for a 70% refund of the amount paid.
  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used for the booking.

3. Forest Tour Safety Rules

  • Alcohol, illegal drugs, and other intoxicating substances are strictly prohibited during forest tours.
  • Participants found carrying or consuming such substances may be removed from the tour without any refund.
  • Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by tour guides and staff.

4. Participant Responsibilities

  • Guests are responsible for providing accurate booking information.
  • Participants must behave respectfully toward fellow travelers, guides, local communities, wildlife, and the environment.
  • Any damage caused to property, vehicles, or equipment due to negligence may result in additional charges.

5. Weather and Unforeseen Circumstances

  • Tour schedules may be modified, postponed, or canceled due to severe weather conditions, natural disasters, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • In such situations, alternative arrangements or refunds may be offered at the company's discretion.

6. Liability

  • While we take reasonable precautions to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, participation in tours is at the customer's own risk.
  • The company shall not be liable for personal injury, loss of personal belongings, delays, or damages arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By confirming a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
