Refunds and Cancellations

We understand that travel plans can change. Our refund policy is as follows:

  • Cancellations made within the first 24 hours of payment are eligible for a 100% refund of the amount paid.
  • Cancellations made after 24 hours of payment are eligible for a 70% refund of the amount paid. The remaining 30% will be retained to cover administrative and processing costs.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take several business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
